routines and attitudes so that new, safer initiatives have maximum impact. With each new culture snapshot, you can monitor your progress and shift focus as your workplace evolves.
The Hub and your Dashboard
An extension of the Dashboard, the Hub offers targeted microlearning content based on your safety culture score. Improve and track change of your score through implementing recommendations from content curated by our expert Behavioural Science team and industry experts from HS2, Balfour Beatty and more.
How does the continuous improvement cycle work in practice?
1. Send out a Baseline and employees fill in their feedback anonymously
2. The Tended Dashboard makes recommendations based on your safety score, which all leaders and managers (Dashboard admins) can access via the Insights page
3. Leaders and managers explore learning content and takeaway exercises on the Hub, implementing targeted interventions within their teams
4. Pulse surveys go out for regular temperature checks, and begin to track culture change over time
