When adding large volumes of users to your Dashboard, uploading a CSV containing all of these details at once can save time. We recommend uploading up to five hundred users at a time, to ensure the upload is successful!
Most table or spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel etc.) allow you to import our CSV template. Once you've downloaded and imported the template, you will then be able to edit the fields and export your CSV to be uploaded. Some fields require different formatting depending on their header, and we'll go into that for you below 👇
Email
Emails must be valid and follow the format of email@provider.com. If a working email is not provided, you will receive an error that it is not valid and need to upload again.
Phone Numbers
When uploading your user accounts via CSV, you can add your user's phone number to allow them to receive their surveys via SMS. Our system should recognise most mobile number formats, but to be certain that it will work, we recommend one of the following:
