Superadmin
The employee who created the organisation, they can:
- Edit the organisation settings
- Do everything that admins and account users can
- View archived users and delete or restore them
- If you would like to add additional superadmins, please make the user an admin and then email us their email address to support@tended.co.uk, and we can manually change this for you 😊
Admins
These are employees assigned by the superadmin to help manage survey scheduling and exploring your insights from feedback. We recommend all employees who are in management or leadership to be made an admin. To promote a user to admin, they must first be added as an account user, and admins can:
- See the full Dashboard, including employees, live and scheduled surveys, plan new surveys view anonymised survey results and insights, and employee groups
- Access microlearning content and training on the Leadership Development Hub
- Edit and create employee groups
- They can also be assigned as a "Group admin"
- Do everything that account users can
Account users
These are employees or contractors added to the Dashboard, they can:
- Log-in to the Dashboard
- Access the Dashboard to update profile information
- Do everything that non-account users can
Non-account users
These are employees or contractors added to the Dashboard, who don't have an account to log-in with, they can:
- Fill in surveys via email or SMS to provide feedback on your safety culture
- If you would like a non-account user to have more permissions, they will need to be archived, deleted and re-uploaded as an account user
