Once your surveys are scheduled, you'll be able to view them on your calendar in the "Surveys" page of the Dashboard. Here you can view all live and scheduled, and you can also filter by groups in your organisation once your first survey has closed and has met the minimum response threshold (3 responses).
We also have some features that help with your user engagement and let you edit your existing surveys. We'll explore these below 👇
Live Surveys
By clicking on the "Live surveys" button you will be shown your surveys that have been sent out so far. You will see the current response rate, date it was sent out, the groups being sent the survey and the completion status of the survey.
There are two buttons for each of your surveys:
Nudge - Nudges allow you to send an email or text reminder to your employees that they can fill out a survey. They will be sent out on the same day "Nudge" is pressed, but may take a few hours to deliver. We recommend that you use these once half way through the time your survey is open, and once again the day before the survey closes. Please note, you can only nudge once every 24 hours 😊
Close - This will end the survey, which means your employees will no longer be able to provide their feedback.
Scheduled Surveys
By clicking "Scheduled Surveys", you'll be shown all your current planned surveys that haven't been sent out yet. You'll also see the date they are due to be sent out, and the groups that will receive it.
There are two buttons for each of your surveys:
Edit - You are able to change the groups that will receive the survey and the date it will be sent out.
Delete - You can delete the survey so that it won't be sent out.
