Once an Admin or Superadmin has created your first survey, they will be sent out to your user's email address or SMS that is associated with their account. If a user has both an email and SMS attached to their account, it will automatically default to email.
Employees will receive a variety of questions associated with our six safety categories - asking how much you agree or disagree on a six-point scale.
The surveys are always anonymous, and Admins can only see the averaged and aggregated responses based on groups if the survey reaches the minimum response threshold once the survey closes. To read more about user data and anonymity, check out our article here.
How do employees receive surveys?
If you have an email associated with your account it the survey will be sent to your email. If you are a non-account user with only a mobile number associated with your account, it will be sent by SMS 📱
If you have both email and SMS, you will receive your survey via email only.
Filling out a survey
1. You will receive an email or text that includes a link to access the survey, press "Start Survey"
2. Press "Continue" on the first page once you're happy to start the survey
3. Answer how much you disagree or agree with the question by selecting an option on the scale, then press "Next" when you're happy to continue. Don't worry, all answers are completely anonymous
4. Click "Done" to be redirected to the Tended website home page - you've now finished sharing your feedback 🎊
Please note: You will not be able to edit the response to a survey once it is completed. You may use the same link again if you do not finish the survey.
