So what do our surveys look like?

- Pulse surveys
- Focus surveys
Baseline surveys
Longer and more thorough, Baseline surveys will cover all the categories to give you the whole picture - read about them here. We recommend these are used annually.
Pulse surveys
These provide little-and-often updates to your safety culture score, as well as regular snippets of quantitative data across the categories - read about them here. We recommend you set these to go out once a month.
Focus surveys
Dive into the details on a more regular basis. Pick a category to delve into one area, providing you with clarification on specific aspects of your workplace safety culture - read about them here. Set these live as often as you feel is needed in response to changes in a category on your Dashboard, or if initiatives and changes are being seen to not have much impact.
Ssuggestions and the Leadership Development Hub
As superadmins and admins, you'll be able to see the data from feedback on your Dashboard.
