There is scheduled maintenance every Sunday between 1:00-1:30am* 🔧
Your Dashboard and Tended apps will have downtime during this period and won't be accessible.
Why do we have maintenance periods?
At times we will perform maintenance on our services that require downtime on our applications and Dashboard.
We do this when we need to make a change or improvement that is not possible while keeping our services live, and is a regular part of app & software maintenance.
How will I be affected?
During these periods you will not be able to access our services, namely Dashboard and our app.
As outlined in contracts with Tended, we only schedule these maintenance periods at times that normally have very minimal activity to ensure only a small of users, if any, would be affected 😊
Please do not log out of your account during this time as this can affect the data that has been synced to your device. You will be able to continue as normal once our maintenance has finished!
When will this happen?
Scheduled maintenance is between 1:00-1:30am on Sundays. If this changes or there is extended downtime we will update you as per the SLA's in your contract with Tended.
*For the 7th of Feb only, this maintenance will be at 5:00-5:30am. From the 14th it will continue at 1:00-1:30am.
