As of 16:39pm 01/02/2021 we are no longer experiencing service disruption with our Dashboard and the Tended for Business App
We became aware of this issue at 12.22pm, 01/02/2021. As of 16:39pm 01/02/2021 this issue has been resolved. Updates will be posted here and in-app.
What might happen?
App: You may be unable to sync your Hub to the app right now, and your app could be left suspended in a "syncing" state. You may also not be able to log in if you are not already.
Dashboard: If you're a Dashboard admin, you may be unable to perform normal tasks such as editing and adding users or viewing data. You may also not be able to log in if you are not already
Why is this happening?
This disruption is caused by an external service provider - Amazon's AWS, who are having regional disruption to their services. As AWS provide our API services, this is affecting our apps and online Dashboard. You can find ongoing live updates from AWS directly here.
Will this affect my data?
Don't worry, if you attempted to sync via the app and it did not complete your data will not be lost, as long as you do not log out of the app. Simply wait for a further update from the Tended Team once AWS have fixed their service disruption and you will be able to sync as planned 😊
When will this be resolved?
This has been resolved as of 16:39pm 01/02/2021 and Dashboard and our App are now functioning as expected.
