- Check either your charging cable and plug or Bay Charger is working correctly with another Hub, in case there is a faulty wire
- Update your Hub's firmware
- Charge your device for minimum 4-6 hours
- Finally, familiarise yourself with the LED colours
We are also aware that there is an issue that is linked to the fuel guage in your Hub, which causes the Hub to incorrectly enter a low power state. We're currently working on it, and would love to hear any feedback as we continue to release improvements.
