Having a connection or syncing issue? Resetting your Hub may help 😄
1. Turn off your Bluetooth on your phone
2. Close your Tended for Business app
To do this swipe up from the bottom of your screen so you can see all of your open apps. Once you can see your apps, you will need to swipe up on the Tended for Business app to close it
3. Reset your Hub
Place your Hub on charge and wait for the lights to turn off. You can then 'wake' the device by pressing the power button
4. Switch your Bluetooth back on
Open the Tended for Business app and tap "Pair your Hub" 🎉
