Depending on your social distancing solution, you may need to occasionally sync your Hub to transfer information to your Dashboard. Your employer will let you know how often this is expected 😊
There are two ways to sync your Hub:
- Sync using a Kiosk
- Sync using the Tended app👇🏻
To get your contacts synced with the app:
- You should be able to pair directly from the home screen of the app
- Tap "Connect your Hub", and choose between "Pair new device" and "Pair previously connected device"
- Once paired, press "Home"
- You may then be prompted to update your device. Disconnect your device after a few minutes, and get going! 🎉
