Charging Information about your Hub ⚡
- Your Hub's battery should last for 3 working days, but may vary depending on usage levels
- The more contacts you have, the quicker the battery will drain!
- Normal charge to full takes approximately two to three hours
- We always recommend charging your Hub before any shift using the provided cable or Bay Charger so that you're covered for the full day of work 🙌
Individual Hub charging
- Your Hub can be charged with a micro-USB cable, which is provided with each Hub
- Plug the cable into the bottom of your Hub and the USB end into a USB wall plug. A red LED will indicate that it is charging
- We recommend using a USB wall plug over alternate sources, such as laptop or battery pack where possible
- The USB wall plug needs to be 5v 1a, or it will impact charging time and could damage the battery over time
Bay Charging
Some users may be provided with a communal bay charger in their workspace to leave Hubs in between shifts. If you're sharing Hubs, don't forget to sanitise gently and follow your company's Hub procedures.
- The bay will have two cables, make sure these are both plugged into mains power and turned on
- Plug the Hub on charge as you would with regular charging
- Your Hub should orient with the buttons facing forward, and sit in the foam slots snugly
- You can find information on what the LEDs should look like to support with charging here💡
