Depending on what safety solution you're using, you may need to pair your Hub to the app either every time you have a shift, or from time to time. Don't worry, you'll be directed by your admins how often to connect during your onboarding process.
Hub and App
If you're using our Hub with the app, we recommend that you sync daily, as this keeps your breach data up to date and helps support yours and your colleagues safety:
- You should be able to pair directly from the home screen
- Tap "Connect your Hub", and choose between "Pair new device" and "Pair previously connected device" to sync your contacts
- Once paired, press "Home". You may then be prompted to update your device
