If your Wearable has become unresponsive:
- Double check the battery levels. Try leaving it on charge for two hours to guarantee it has battery charge.
- Double check you are using a recommended power source. We recommend wall plugs over alternate chargers such as battery packs and laptops. Try switching your power source in case the Wearable's battery is flat. It may take a few minutes on charge before the screen lights up.
- Double check you are interacting with the tap point, located at the bottom of the screen:
4. Reset your device by plugging it into the charger six times in quick succession. Once you have reset the Wearable, it will vibrate.
