The Wearable has sensors in the tap point at the bottom of the display screen. This is unmarked, but is shown below:
A tap on the tap point will cycle through the home screen, date, daily step count and battery life.
Please note: After a period of no use, or if you haven’t connected your Wearable in a while, you may need to re-connect it to the app to sync the time.
The tap point is also used for:
1. Dismissing social distance breach alerts
If your organisation’s minimum social distance setting is breached, your Wearable will vibrate and show the following icon. Double tap to dismiss the alert and move to a safe distance.
2. Check-in
You may be asked to check-in if a possible accident is detected, or during a scheduled check-in. The band will vibrate and the screen will display "Are you safe?" Tap twice to confirm your safety.
3. Activate emergency mode
Activate emergency mode by holding the tap point down for 5-10 seconds. After each second, the band will pulse. After five seconds, the band will vibrate more intensely to let you know to release and activate emergency mode. This bypasses check-in and immediately sends the Wearable and mobile app into emergency mode.
4. Deactivate emergency mode
Five taps will deactivate emergency mode.
