If you're having issues with your Wearable, there are a few things to check first:
- Check your phone is within 5m of your Wearable
- Check there are no obstructions between your phone and the Wearable (walls may cause interference)
- Check you are not using a large number of apps that use Bluetooth or GPS, as they may interfere with connectivity
