As an admin, you will receive emergency alerts from your users. You may resolve these on behalf of a user via the Dashboard.
- When you see an emergency notification, open and log into the Dashboard.
- Click "View details".
- Click "Resolved" or "False alarm" in the top right corner and enter any details about the emergency.
- This will then resolve the emergency, sending an email to the user with a timestamp, who resolved it, and the reason it was resolved.
- You will then be able to view the emergency in your alert history within the Dashboard.
Please note: You should only resolve an emergency on behalf of a user if you have confirmation the situation is resolved or it was definitely a false alarm.
