If emergency mode is activated, an alert is sent to the user's admins or group admins. This alert is sent via a combination of SMS, email or desktop notification, depending on the admin's personal settings. An example of an email alert:
This alert contains crucial information, including the user's location and any medical or health data entered, such as allergies and blood type. The admins can then use this information to get help to the user as fast as possible.
Once resolved, the emergency is logged on the Dashboard for future reference.
You can view further details about the emergency, such as who resolved it, any notes entered by the admin, and the location.
