If you're using our safety features, you may need to take the Wearable off, such as when you take a break.*
To do this, you will need to pause your safety monitoring session to minimise the risk of false alarms:
- Open the Tended for Business app.
- Tap "Disconnect".
- When you're ready to restart safety monitoring, re-pair the device.
*Please note: If you're using our social distancing solution, we do not recommend taking the Wearable off during the workday.
