Let's walk through how to change your settings:
Two-factor authentication
We always recommend turning on two-factor authentication, as this helps your organisation stay secure🔒
To enable or disable two-factor authentication:
- Log into the Dashboard
- Click the settings button (cog icon)
- Click "Organisation" in the top right-hand corner
- Click "Edit" on the Two-factor authentication panel
- Toggle to enable/disable two factor authentication for either the portal or app
Safety Settings
- Log into the Dashboard
- Click the settings button (cog icon)
- Click "Organisation" in the top right-hand corner
- Click "Edit" on the Safety settings panel
- Toggle Accident detection/Check-in/Auto Check in
- Set the Check-in timer if it is toggled on
- Click "Save" to keep the changes
Change Dashboard timeout for the organisation
- Log into the Dashboard
- Click the settings button (cog icon)
- Click "Organisation" in the top right-hand corner
- Click "Edit" on the Dashboard timeout panel
- Choose the drop-downs to edit how long you want the portal timeout to be
- Click "Save" to keep the changes
Password
To change the password settings for the entire organisation:
- Log into the Dashboard
- Click the settings button (cog icon)
- Click "Organisation" in the top right-hand corner
- Click "Edit" on the Password panel
- Use the arrows to edit the minimum length (minimum 8 characters)
- Toggle special characters, caps lock or numbers on/off
- Click "Save" to keep the changes
Sign up sections
- Log into the Dashboard
- Click the settings button (cog icon)
- Click "Organisation" in the top right-hand corner
- Click "Edit" on the Sign up sections panel
- Toggle the different options that you would like to be requested for your employees
- Click "Save" to keep your changes
